Terms & Conditions for Nonprofit Coaching Program

Effective Date: Date of Payment

By purchasing the Nonprofit Coaching Program (“Program”) offered by The Cause Specialists, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment Terms

• The total cost of the Program is $5,000 USD.
• If selecting a payment plan, 50% of the total fee is due immediately upon enrollment. The remaining balance is due after Session 3, and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of coaching sessions until the balance is paid.

Refund Policy

If you enroll and realize the program is not for you, a full refund is available — simple as that. To qualify:

• You must request your refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment.
• You must not have completed more than one module and one coaching session.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

After this point, the refund window closes, and the full program fee remains due.

The $5K Guarantee

Most clients raise between $5,000–$30,000 during the program. If you complete the full program and do not raise at least $5,000, Joanne will continue coaching you at no additional cost — until you do.

To qualify for extended coaching:

• You must complete all video modules
• Attend your seven scheduled coaching sessions
• Implement the strategies and assignments provided throughout the program

This is not about perfection — just consistent, honest effort. If you show up and do the work, we're with you until you win.

Coaching Commitment & Session Scheduling

• The Program includes eight one-on-one coaching sessions.
• All sessions must be completed within 12 months of enrollment.
• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice, or the session will be counted as used.
• Missed or unused sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Client Responsibilities

• Client agrees to actively participate, complete assignments, and communicate openly during the coaching process.
• Success in this program depends on your effort and implementation. While the program offers proven tools and strategies, no specific fundraising outcomes are guaranteed.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All materials, templates, and tools provided are the intellectual property of The Cause Specialists and are for personal use only. They may not be shared, sold, or distributed.
• Coaching sessions are confidential. Testimonials and feedback may be used for marketing purposes with your consent.

Limitation of Liability

• The Cause Specialists and Joanne Toller, CFRE (Ret.), are not responsible for any outcomes or decisions made as a result of coaching participation.
• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Cause Specialists from any claims related to the services provided.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
