Terms & Conditions for Nonprofit Coaching Program

Effective Date: Date of payment

By purchasing the Nonprofit Coaching Program ("Program") offered by The Cause Specialists, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Terms

• The total cost of the Program is $5,000 USD.
• If selecting the payment plan, 50% of the total program fee is due immediately upon enrollment. The remaining balance is due after Session 3 and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of coaching sessions until the balance is paid.

2. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of one-on-one coaching and the commitment required, there are no refunds, transfers, or cancellations after purchase.
• If you choose not to complete the Program, you are still responsible for the full payment as agreed upon at checkout.

3. Coaching Commitment & Session Scheduling

• The Program includes six one-on-one coaching sessions. Sessions must be scheduled within 12 months of enrollment.
• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice, or the session will be considered used.
• Missed or unused sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Client agrees to actively participate, complete any assigned work, and engage in the coaching process to see results.
• The Cause Specialists do not guarantee specific fundraising outcomes, as success depends on Client's implementation, effort, and organizational factors.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All coaching materials, strategies, and templates provided are for Client’s personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
• Coaching discussions are confidential, but Client acknowledges that testimonials or feedback may be used for marketing purposes with consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Cause Specialists and Joanne Toller, CFRE (Ret.), are not responsible for any financial outcomes or decisions made as a result of this coaching.
• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Cause Specialists from any claims related to the coaching services provided.

7. Agreement

By completing the purchase, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
